Shane has been a volunteer for the festival since 2012 when his daughter became a festival queen. He has enjoyed giving his time to the organization and is now joining the crew to make this event the best it can be.
Joe Sandbrink, President
Joe grew up in Granville, and has lived in the Baltimore area with his wife Lisa since 1990. Joe and Lisa raised 2 children and have 2 Granddaughters. They are the owner/operators of BrainFreeze Concessions, a small shaved ice concession since 2005. Joe is also employed by Abbott Nutrition since 1989 as a Maintenance Senior Supervisor. Joe and Lisa enjoy movies, traveling and especially spending time with their granddaughters. They attend Millersport Covenant Church.
Evan Schaffner, Vice President
Lisa Sandbrink, Treasurer
Lisa Sandbrink grew up in the Millersport area and has lived in Baltimore community since 1990. She and her husband Joe of 38 years have 2 adult children; Joe and Megan who are graduates from Liberty Union. Lisa’s work experience has been with Ohio Department of Bureau of Motor Vehicles for 10 years. After leaving BMV to raise her young family, she later worked at Fairfield Medical Center Patient Accounts department for 14 years. She has also worked at Hoffman’s Flowers in Baltimore part time for 25 years and continues to enjoy working there between seasons or as needed. In 2005, Joe and Lisa pursued a little family business called BrainFreeze Tropical Sno. That little family business has grown into a 2-trailer mobile business with 25-30 events each season. They enjoy going to fairs, festivals, soccer tournaments, the American Cancer Society Relay for Life event, Farmers Markets and private family gatherings to name a few. Lisa and Joe and very passionate about giving back to the community and have committed themselves to make the Baltimore Festival a community based, fun and affordable event for families of any income. Lisa thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family, babysitting her granddaughters, Rowan and Wrenly and traveling to Nashville to see son Joe. Lisa and Joe enjoy an occasional movie matinee and traveling when time allows. They attend Millersport Covenant Church.
Kelly Chesnut, Secretary
Kelly is a proud mom to 3 children. A Liberty Union graduate, Kelly and her husband returned to Baltimore in 2005 to enjoy small town life. In addition to helping with the festival, she enjoys outdoor pursuits such as camping, ATV riding, and snow skiing.
